🤷🏻♂️ Life & ThoughtsHere’s what I’m learning in real time (this week):🌀 Big growth often feels weird at first.I’ve made a change that gives me more time back in my week... something I’ve been aiming for. Hiring, outsourcing and enabling myself to be ON the business has been a GOAL forever... now I have to adapt to it. The question I am asking is: “Now that I’m out of the weeds… how do I step up to the next level?” 🧱 New roles require new rhythms.I know where I belong in my business... but I’m learning how to show up differently. Even though I have always done this, this is the 9-5, not the after hours. Growth is not just about scaling operations. It’s about scaling yourself. 💡 Clarity takes reflection, not just action.I’ve been asking tough but important questions:
These aren’t just questions for me. But they should be questions for you, too especially if you’re finding yourself at a pivot point, or feeling “off” despite progress. This week’s challenge for you:
Big change isn’t always big and loud. Sometimes it’s quiet and subtle… like a new shelf going up, a teammate stepping in, or a few extra hours you didn’t have before. But the impact of those small upgrades? That’s where your next chapter begins. Keep showing up. Business Snapshot for 2025 (currently): FY26 is off to a bit of a slow start! Which is normal this time of the year... if anything the last 4 years have taught me is to understand when things are normal vs not... but I won't lie... the feeling of a dip never feels easier... There is a CLEAR dip between JULY into AUGUST for the last 4 years... I am now just gearing up for August when the bull run begins! ContentLatest Content:

Howdy Reader, A year ago, I wrote about “catching a break” and back then, it was coming from a place of hope.I was in the thick of uncertainty, trying to convince myself that if I just kept pushing, something had to give. Now, a year later, I’ve realised something important: You don’t wait for a break... you become it. Reflecting from where I was last year... lower sales, lower revenue, lower profits... and feeling a squeeze. Here I am again 1 year later, with the feeling of being squeezed...
Howdy Reader, I am determined to see my dreams become a reality. One way or another and through the thick of it all. YOU SHOULD TOO! My dreams = my responsibilities. However every so often I have random backseat drivers drop their wise words of motivation like this... “For every one person who succeeds, a hundred thousand fail.” And they say it on the basis that due to this, I will likely fail, so why bother. TRULEY with an attitude like that, for sure we are going to fail. But those odds...
