Today I want to share with you a HUGE milestone for the business and a little bit of the lessons to get here and thinking around it all.

At the end of the day - I document and share these newsletters with a HOPE to inspire you to aspire further in your own life.

🤷🏻‍♂️ Life & Thoughts

Today the 10th Feb 2025, I have officially picked up keys to my new warehouse, that I will be leasing for the next 3-5 years.

A warehouse.

I actually still cannot believe it.

To think this all started out with flipping items from opshops (books and media and pop culture) and here we are taking the business to another level again!

Now to be frank; this doesn't come simply.

We go into our 5th Year of doing business since 11th Jan 2021 and now its time to take it to the next level again.

To grow, it takes:

1. Passion
2. Consistency
3. Willingness
4. Risk
5. Hard Work
6. Courage
7. and HELP!

But all of these 7 things are pointless without knowing the or having a somewhat understanding of:

• What do you want in life?
• What would levelling up actually look like for you?
• If you could design your ideal future, what would it include?

If I zoom out to see all of the RISKS and CHANGES I have made; they were all very scary; they all cost more money and they all meant new change which meant more discomfort.

But you get comfortable.

You get consistent again and you start to GROW.

You gain momentum and you can ride those waves then put that intention and action to good work: level up again!

It's not about getting a warehouse. (more details on this to come)

This is more of another reminder that when we make progress, we progress to places maybe we didn't think were possible, or maybe we thought could only be dreams. There will be excuses people suggest and say of why they havent been able to get to where they want to be... or make up stories I was able to get here with advantages.

Well I hate to break it to you.

We all have excuses for what we need them for, just as much we all have advantages (fair or not) which we can use as well.

But majority of the time it will come down to ACTION and INTENTION.

Here’s the thing: hoping life magically falls into place works… until it doesn’t.

🚫 Without a plan, you’ll stay stuck.
🚫 Without direction, you’ll let life happen to you instead of shaping it.
🚫 Without strategy, every setback feels like a roadblock.

So, How Do You Build a Plan?

It’s time to reverse-engineer your future.

Want to:
✅ Earn $100K doing what you love?
✅ Be in the best shape of your life?
✅ Travel more and work less?

Break it down:

1. What habits, skills, and actions will get you there?
2. What small steps can you take today to start moving?
3. What obstacles could come up, and how will you handle them?

Clarity creates momentum. When you know your next step, you stop procrastinating and start progressing.

Excuses or Execution?

Let’s be real—everyone has reasons why they can’t move forward:
❌ “I don’t have time.”
❌ “It’s too expensive.”
❌ “What if I fail?”

But excuses are just fear disguised as logic.

The real question is: Do you want it enough to make it happen?​
Because if you do, you’ll find a way. And if you don’t, you’ll find an excuse.

Success doesn’t come from luck. It comes from:
📌 Starting before you feel ready.
📌 Making decisions for your future self, not your current fears.
📌 Focusing on how far you can go, not how long it’ll take.

So, here’s your challenge:
