Let’s get real for a second. Have you ever found yourself annoyed by someone else’s success? Maybe it’s a person crushing their goals, doing what you wish you could do, or just confidently owning their lane. And for some reason—it bugs you.

I have felt this and still catch myself with this very issue.

I bring it up as I have found in order for me to better manage the nay-sayers I need to understand what is really going on... and this is what I have found...

Here’s What’s Really Going On

It’s easy to blame others... say they’re lucky, fake, or undeserving. But most of the time, it has nothing to do with them and everything to do with us.

🔹 They’re a mirror – Their success reminds you of what you could be doing.
🔹 You’re comparing – You measure their highlight reel against your behind-the-scenes.
🔹 You feel behind – Instead of being inspired, you feel like you’re losing.
🔹 You’re doubting yourself – Seeing them win makes you question if you can do the same.

What If You Flipped the Script?

Instead of letting their success frustrate you, use it as fuel:

✔ Ask yourself:What is this reaction telling me about my own goals?​
✔ Turn frustration into action:What’s ONE step I can take today toward my own success?​
✔ Change your perspective:If they can do it, so can I.

At the end of the day, resentment won’t move you forward... but action will.

So here’s my challenge to you: Who’s that person you feel a little envious of? Instead of hating on them, use it as a wake-up call to focus on your own path.

Business Snapshot for 2025 (currently):

This week I moved into the Warehouse and officially it is the new home base, the HQ, the foundation of the next 5 years of the business.

Now that we are so close to setting up the warehouse - the next steps will begin!

I know I keep saying it, but I’m scared. The reality is, fear doesn’t mean we should stop—it means we’re about to grow. It’s not a signal to say no; it’s an invitation: Do you want to grow? If the answer is yes, then let’s go—it’s going to be a ride.

And honestly, I think I’d be more concerned looking back at all the times I let fear hold me back.
