Another year done and dusted (financial) and now tomorrow we start from 0 again. (this always scares me)

BUT we get to rollover all our knowledge, skills and momentum to now go make FY26 our best yet.

How exciting right :)

Today, I want to challenge you on a couple of things to make your FY26 your best Financial Year...

The below is going to be a jumble of reflections I use personally to enable myself to GROW each year.

Feel free if you want to answer these... if you let them, they can change your BUSINESS and LIFE for the better!

🌹 Rose – What’s blooming?​
What’s been your proudest moment so far this year? Big or small, what’s made you feel most alive and aligned?

⚓ Anchor – What’s keeping you grounded?​
Which habits, people, or principles are keeping you centered, even in chaos?

✔️ What Worked – What moved the needle?​
Which actions, ideas, or routines actually created progress or positive change?

🌵 Thorn – What’s been painful?​
What’s been quietly (or loudly) draining your energy or focus?

🌪 Trigger – What keeps throwing you off?​
What patterns or situations consistently knock you off balance emotionally or mentally?

🕳 Drift – Where have you veered?​
Where have you unknowingly drifted from your goals, values, or intentions?

❌ Didn’t Work – What needs to go?​
What strategies or mindsets simply didn’t deliver, despite your effort?

What to go one step further?

Pick one from each section and write it down. Then commit to one small action to build, break, or change what’s needed.

Reflect on it in a review cycle be it: Monthly, or QTRly and then see what you can achieve.

Hopefully next week I can share with you my FY25 Annual Report and the zoomed out view of how we got here.
