✨ Lessons from the week

This week we secured a deal of a lifetime at least in my reselling journey. Something I had dreamed of, expected would one day come, and yet when it arrived, it almost felt like it came out of nowhere.

But of course, it didn’t.

The Backstory

Big opportunities rarely drop in your lap they’re built through consistent action. This deal was only possible because of:

• Relationships: Sourcing isn’t just about stock it’s about people.
• Problem-Solving: Meeting a supplier’s need in the moment opened the door.
• Reps: Consistency builds knowledge and trust over time.
• Leverage: Being a great customer with a proven track record gave me the edge.

It also mattered that what I was buying fit my model aligned with what I sell today and where I want to position the business tomorrow. That confidence only came from years of experience.

Outside of this, the week has been a week of many lessons:

1. Input vs Output = Momentum Matters​
When your systems and team can handle more throughput without breaking, growth feels natural not stressful. Big wins are less about “more stuff” and more about the flow of how it all moves through.

2. Delegation isn’t one-and-done.​
Every time I hand something off, I realize there’s still more I need to release. This week reminded me that bottlenecks don’t disappear by accident you have to keep letting go. I will be focusing on more of this next week. (this week).

3. The team creates compounding wins.​
From Dion stepping into the process, to the crew handling chaos with ease, it’s clear: when the right people thrive, the business thrives too!

4. Fast cycles beat perfect planning.​
We bought, prepped, and turned around items in less than a week. That speed didn’t just generate profit it created cash flow! Action creates clarity, not the other way around.

5. Growth comes with new problems but that’s the point.​
Yes, there are still systems to refine, analyses to run, and pricing puzzles to solve. But those “problems” are signs you’ve graduated to a new level.

Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come with the least drama. When you’ve put in the reps systems, delegation, trust the “big scary leap” starts to feel less like chaos and more like calm momentum.

Ask yourself this week:
👉 Where are you still the bottleneck?
👉 What could you release that would free energy for bigger opportunities?
