Yo Yo! Reader,This week felt surreal. We pulled off the 5,000 piece deal, everything ran smoother than expected, and for the first time I found myself truly at peace with the chaos. But more than the milestone itself, the lessons behind it are what matter most. BUT FIRST a couple of callouts!

✨ Lessons from the weekThis week we secured a deal of a lifetime at least in my reselling journey. Something I had dreamed of, expected would one day come, and yet when it arrived, it almost felt like it came out of nowhere. But of course, it didn’t. The BackstoryBig opportunities rarely drop in your lap they’re built through consistent action. This deal was only possible because of:
It also mattered that what I was buying fit my model aligned with what I sell today and where I want to position the business tomorrow. That confidence only came from years of experience. Outside of this, the week has been a week of many lessons: 1. Input vs Output = Momentum Matters 2. Delegation isn’t one-and-done. 3. The team creates compounding wins. 4. Fast cycles beat perfect planning. 5. Growth comes with new problems but that’s the point. Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come with the least drama. When you’ve put in the reps systems, delegation, trust the “big scary leap” starts to feel less like chaos and more like calm momentum. Yo! Reader, This week… felt like a shift. Not a “we’ve made it” moment. Not a “everything is solved” moment. But one of those weeks where you step back and go: “Okay… we’re moving again.” And after a stretch of frustration, doubt, and questioning everything… That matters more than people realise. Yo! Reader, This week felt different. Not perfect. Not magical. Not “we’ve made it” different. But different in the kind of way that reminds you what’s possible when things finally start to click again. And after a few tougher weeks, I won’t lie… I needed that. Maybe you do too. Yo! Reader, And just like that… another week gone. Honestly, they’re flying at the moment. Some weeks feel long when you’re inside them, but when you step back and look at it — it’s like the calendar just keeps flipping pages. This week has been… better. Not perfect. Not exactly where I want things to be. But better. And right now, I’ll take better.
