Yo Yo! Reader,This is a reoccurring topic for weeks now - but it is where my head is... so this is what I will share. This week reminded me of something important: Not all progress looks productive. This was one of those weeks. Last Newsletter can be read here 🤷🏻♂️ Life & ThoughtsHere is a recap from my own learnings from the week... 🌱 The Work You Can’t MeasureI didn’t do much “tangible” work this week. Instead, this was a conversation week. The kind of week where your hands might not be full… but your calendar is. Meetings. Messages. Drop-offs. Deep chats. These are the seeds. They don’t sprout immediately. 🌀 Slowness = SpaceYou know what’s hard? The quiet before the growth. I get antsy when it’s slow. 💡 A Reminder This Week:Not all growth is loud. Sometimes the most important days are the ones where you felt behind, but you were actually laying bricks. So if this week felt off, or quiet, or weird… A Challenge for the Week:Ask yourself: ✅ What "invisible" work have I been doing lately? Business Snapshot for 2025 (currently):April is DONE. May is in full force and we are now about to hit 90 days into the Warehouse. I am genuinely excited each day with new things happening, especially as we continue to push more and more into the e-waste! Feb we started in the RED! But now we are getting back in the Green! Lets see how the next few months tally! Here are the results of APRIL 2025. ContentLatest Content:

Yo! Reader, This week… felt like a shift. Not a “we’ve made it” moment. Not a “everything is solved” moment. But one of those weeks where you step back and go: “Okay… we’re moving again.” And after a stretch of frustration, doubt, and questioning everything… That matters more than people realise. Yo! Reader, This week felt different. Not perfect. Not magical. Not “we’ve made it” different. Some weeks feel long when you’re inside them, but when you step back and look at it — it’s like the calendar just keeps flipping pages. This week has been… better. Not perfect. Not exactly where I want things to be. But better. And right now, I’ll take better.
