Yo Yo! Reader,Let's be honest - not every week, day, month or period of time is going to go as we planned... or hoped. But that’s okay. Because sometimes the best progress comes when you stop trying to do everything and just focus on doing the right things. There were moments this week where I felt behind. I had big ideas, big intentions and the reality was... it was going to be a different kind of week. A week of maintenance. A week of realignment. A week of staying in motion! Focus was key! But even in the slower weeks, we still grow if we’re intentional about it. Last Newsletter can be read here 🤷🏻♂️ Life & ThoughtsThis week in business has taught me a few things: 1. Non-Negotiables Are Your Foundation 2. Systems Create Space 3. You Can’t Think Clearly When You’re Always “In It” 4. Reflection Is the Real Advantage
So here’s your challenge: Whether you’re building a business, working a 9-5, training for a race, or just trying to level up your life the question isn’t: “Did I do it all?” It’s: “Did I move in the right direction?” Progress isn’t always loud. Sometimes, it’s in the quiet work, the small tweaks, the reflection, and the reset. So if this week felt messy, slow, or off-track take a breath. Recalibrate. And remind yourself that the next 90 days are a new shot at realigning with your goals. 🔥 Challenge for You This Week: ✅ What’s one thing you need to stop doing? Write them down. Say them out loud. Make them your compass. Business Snapshot for 2025 (currently):Q2 has begun! Already we are way into the year! When I was originally planning for 2025 and the warehouse the intention was if I was to get a warehouse, it needed to be done and dusted (executed) in Q1, otherwise we will miss out on the momentum it brings for the entire year. Well thats a big TICK! Now that we have the Warehouse... whats next. Short term (Q2): leverage the economies of scale the warehouse has to offer... what does this mean? Look like?
Ideally: More throughput, same or slightly increased costs = better margins. What comes after this will be dependant on Q2, but also how we land for FY25 as well. Same thing applies going into this new Q. ✅ What’s one thing you need to stop doing? ContentLatest Content:

Howdy Reader, A year ago, I wrote about “catching a break” and back then, it was coming from a place of hope.I was in the thick of uncertainty, trying to convince myself that if I just kept pushing, something had to give. Now, a year later, I’ve realised something important: You don’t wait for a break... you become it. Reflecting from where I was last year... lower sales, lower revenue, lower profits... and feeling a squeeze. Here I am again 1 year later, with the feeling of being squeezed...
Howdy Reader, I am determined to see my dreams become a reality. One way or another and through the thick of it all. YOU SHOULD TOO! My dreams = my responsibilities. However every so often I have random backseat drivers drop their wise words of motivation like this... “For every one person who succeeds, a hundred thousand fail.” And they say it on the basis that due to this, I will likely fail, so why bother. TRULEY with an attitude like that, for sure we are going to fail. But those odds...
