Yo Yo! Reader,Going forward I am going to focus more on providing you my lessons from my prior week; and play back to you with some key takeaways, action points and value adds to encourage you and inspire you in your own weeks ahead! Ready? Lets go! (but first what has happened this week?) We’re six weeks into the warehouse and things are moving fast: Between the big moves and small frustrations, I had to face some truths — about self-sabotage, delayed action, and why speed without intention burns more than it builds. And through it all, one thought kept echoing: “If this is what six weeks looks like… imagine six months.” Let’s dive into the key takeaways — so you can take what I’m learning and run with it in your own lane. Last Newsletter can be read here 🤷🏻♂️ Life & Thoughts🧠 Lesson #1: Progress Is Happening — Even If You’re Not Celebrating ItWhat happened: And yet, I still caught myself brushing it off as “just part of the plan.” My takeaway: If you’re making progress but still frustrated… check if you’re actually acknowledging the wins. Action: Write down 3 wins from this past week — even if they feel “small.” Celebrate them. 🧱 Lesson #2: I Am the Bottleneck — And Maybe You Are TooWhat happened: My takeaway: We often blame time or tools — but sometimes we just need to move ourselves out of the way. Action point: Identify one thing you’ve been delaying. Ask: What’s really stopping me? Then take a small action step toward it this week. 🚚 Lesson #3: Speed to Market Beats a Perfect PlanWhat happened: My takeaway: The longer something sits, the longer it earns nothing. Action point: Don’t overthink the plan. What’s one thing you can push live, test, list, or ship this week — even if it’s messy? BUT do not compromise on QUALITY! 🧨 Lesson #4: Big Leaps Bring Bigger PressureWhat happened: My takeaway: Don’t chase growth if you’re not ready to hold the weight that comes with it. But don’t fear it either — rise with it. Action point: 🔁 Lesson #5: Consistency Is Still the Most Underrated SkillWhat happened: My takeaway: You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep going longer than the people who quit. Action point: What’s one habit you can recommit to this week, no matter what? This week reminded me that I’m in this for the long game. That progress can feel slow, but still be working. And that sometimes, I’m the only thing standing in my own way. Now with that said, this is WHY I continue to reiterate the importance of tracking your progress as when we zoom out it is a BEAUTIFUL trend of UP! (Currently we have done our best 90days *including off ebay) So here’s your challenge: What’s one thing you can get out of your own way for this week? Business Snapshot for 2025 (currently):Q1 is done! It has been a stressful 90 days. So many ups and downs - but in the end a SOLID outcome. It can be hard trusting the process, it can be scary too - but when we have data and results which continue to compliment the actions we take with positive results - we should lean more and more into this! We grew 14% in the last 90 days and March was our 2nd best month in 5 years! (not profit wise). It gives me confidence that we are heading in the right direction. But there is a still a big mountain to climb (the consistency mountain). Ill keep showing up and sharing, I hope you continue to show up for yourself! 📌 this is your reminder to zoom out! MARCH 2025: final results, pending fees and final transactions. (still maybe a few sales too) ContentLatest Content:

Howdy Reader, I am determined to see my dreams become a reality. One way or another and through the thick of it all. YOU SHOULD TOO! My dreams = my responsibilities. However every so often I have random backseat drivers drop their wise words of motivation like this... “For every one person who succeeds, a hundred thousand fail.” And they say it on the basis that due to this, I will likely fail, so why bother. TRULEY with an attitude like that, for sure we are going to fail. But those odds...
Yo Reader, Ever notice how growth doesn’t always feel like growth while it’s happening? I have shared this likely 10x now... but it still needs to be a reminder for myself, so why not share with you too! You look back later... months or years and realise how far you’ve come, even when most days felt like you were standing still. Thats the beauty of "showing up and time passes anyway". Time works in your favour when you show up. That is how you build momentum. This is how it compounds when you...
Yo Reader, Ever shared a goal? A dream? Something which fires you up, something which gets you excited... only to have someone come out and say "that's not possible". Well I think I hear this way too much, but the beauty of it... is it makes more push further into my dreams and goals! I want to chat about it today and maybe it can resonate with you.
