Yo Yo! Reader,Another week done and dusted - its been a nostalgic week of reflecting... Spring tends to do that for me. Anyways, we will dive right in!

✨ Lessons/Reflections10 Reflections and Lessons from this week in business! 1) Intentional Action > Perfect Plans I grew fastest when I stopped dabbling and put real skin in the game (space, schedules, standards). Momentum came from commitment, not clarity. 2) Reps Create Competence, Competence Creates Calm Everything takes longer when you’re new. That’s normal. Reps build speed, judgment, and confidence without fanfare. 3) Design “Skin in the Game” Deadlines, rent, teammates, clients and constraints sharpen focus. Don’t fear them. Use them. 4) Build Systems So “Future You” Wins Outsource, template, batch. When you stop re-solving the same problem, energy returns to creation and growth. 5) Learn Your Model, Don’t Copy Mine What sells for me (or works for your hero) might not be your lane. Your advantage lives where your curiosity, skills, and market overlap. 6) When It’s Slow, Get Curious... Not Cynical Dips happen. Conspiracies don’t ship work. Use slow weeks to improve inputs: quality, offer, positioning, relationships. 7) Delegate to Eliminate Bottlenecks (Often You’re the Bottleneck) If it can be taught, it can be handed off. Your highest ROI work is rarely the thing you started with. 8) Action Creates Clarity You won’t think your way into certainty. You’ll do your way into data. 9) Resilience Is a Skill Pressure reveals gaps and creates adaptations you’ll reuse later. Treat problems as prototypes. 10) Build the Life, Not Just the Business Purpose, values, alignment: these aren’t slogans.
